Subscriptions and refunds

What a subscription does

Every feature of myReps is available to everyone. A subscription removes ads. It unlocks nothing else, so nothing is lost if you cancel.

Billing

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your card.
• The price and period are shown in the app before you confirm.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• The first week of myReps is ad-free without any purchase. It is not an App Store free trial and never turns into a charge.

Cancelling

On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, myReps, Cancel Subscription. You keep ad-free use until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds

Apple handles all App Store refunds; we cannot issue or approve them. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app went wrong, tell us as well at support@myreps.net so we can fix it.
